BIG news in the Music Department!
The entire recording catalogue of Mount Baker's Music Composition and Technology classes will shortly be available on-line!
This compilation of original student music spans from the students enrolled in the first pilot MCT course in 2003 to the very latest release from the class of February 2010. Under the name of the Orange Door Studios recording and production label (named after the endearing decor style of the music room) there are over 350 original songs available for you to enjoy and download, for FREE!
Whether your tastes are jazz, punk, house, dubstep, folk, rock, techno, industrial, electronic, classical or neo-emopost-new age-minimal-spoken word-electro-grunge ambient metal-lounge-womp, there is something here for everyone!
Stay posted on this site soon for the full list of available albums and titles. And, as a courtesy to those of you who are just too excited to wait, you can drop by the Mount Baker music office for a CD of your fave rekkid. ($2.00 each for future, current, or ex MBSS students, $5.00 for the public).
